2022년부터 인디애나폴리스에도 한국 베이커리 뚜레쥬르가 생겼지만 가격이 꽤 비쌉니다.
남편이 젊은 시절부터 쭉- 방문했던 맛있고 저렴한 빵집 "콜라체 팩도리(Kolache Factory)" 소개할께요.

콜라체 팩도리는 인디애나폴리스에는 총 3개 있는 프랜차이즈 베이커리 집입니다.

 

 

지온스빌에 한 곳, 카멜에 한 곳, 피셔스 근처에 한 곳이 있네요.

그동안 피셔스 근처에 있는 곳을 이용했는데 오늘은 카멜로 가보았어요.

피셔스에 있는 곳은 오래된 역사가 묻어져 있는 그런 빵집 느낌이라면

카멜 빵집은 백인 직원들이 많았고 세련되고 밝은 느낌이었어요.

 

 

처음에 이것저것 먹어보다가 이 놈으로 정착했어요. Cream Cheese ;)
